Using our tool, your customers vote on your proposed service features and validate the enhancements they would rather see you implement. You can make services marketing decisions based on reliable market preferences instead of guessing.

How Does This Subscription Works?
When you subscribe, ServicesRevenue guides you through the following process:

  • Select the service features you want your customers to validate and prioritize. To save time and effort, use ServicesRevenue Attributes Libraries to explore different options and out-of-box ideas.
  • Using your selected service features, ServicesRevenue develops an interview instrument. We refer to it as an interview instrument because it adapts to your customer's answers in real time.
  • Use our templates to give employees and customers advance notice.
  • Test drive the interview instrument with a sample of your target customers. Make adjustments as necessary to incorporate feedback received.
  • Instruct ServicesRevenue to launch interview instrument online. Use email to invite your customers to participate.
  • When you're satisfied with the number of customers who have completed interviews, instruct ServicesRevenue to close the interview process, analyze data and report results.

Subscription Prerequisites

  • Select a target customer segment(s) to interview.
  • Decide how you want to analyze the results.

How Long Does The Process Take?
You can expect the process to take four to six months subject to how much time you dedicate to it.

This subscription service does not include:

  • Language translation.
  • Incentive management and fulfillment (if you decide to offer an incentive.)
  • Face-to-face or phone-assisted interviews other than for interview instrument testing.
  • Customer recruiting
  • Email campaigns to invite customers to participate.

When you click Add to Cart, your paid subscription will renew automatically, unless we terminate it, or you notify us by phone or email (use Contact tab) of your decision to terminate your paid subscription. You must cancel your subscription before it renews if you want to avoid the subscription renewal fee.
