We publish new content on this site continuously or roughly every two to three weeks. Prior to the Fall of 2008, we published issues six times a year electronically in PDF format. Our subscribers told us two months between issues is a long wait and it didn't make much sense to hold back articles just to fit the dying print format. Every two weeks, we send out a digest with abstracts of the latest articles linked to full content.
